1. Processing Times:
• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Times and Prices
Delivery timeframes not guaranteed and can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. International Shipping:
We do not currently ship internationally. (Coming soon).
4. Tracking:
All orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate as the number may not be valid until your order is picked up by the courier. If it's still not working, please email hello@ownkind.com stating your order number as the subject.

Please note, your item(s) must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a return:
1. Unopened Products:
• Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase.
• Refund or exchanges will be provided upon inspection.
2. Defective or Damaged Products:
• If the product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with proof (photos).
• We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
3. Change of Mind:
• Returns due to change of mind are accepted for unopened products only, within 30 days.
• Customers cover return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or partially used boxes.
